All Access

All Access is the Bookstore's inclusive access program, which converts previously physical course materials into digital content. This material is ready and waiting for you on the first day of class and is free until the add/drop day (for the fall and spring semesters, that's two weeks free). The All Access program eliminates the stress of finding the exact course materials for your class and the strain of carrying bulky, physical textbooks, all while saving you money. It’s all of the text without the book.

All Access Payment Information

Charges for All Access material will appear on your e-bill during the first billing cycle of the semester. This charge will appear in the following format (the example class is PSYC 3640): AU DBA BKSTR PSYC3640 844-4241. The cost of All Access materials has been negotiated to offer you the best price available.

All Access Opt-Out Information

All Access is chosen at the instructor’s discretion. Students are automatically opted into the program, but may choose to opt out.

Important Dates:

• First day of class start date: January 7th.
• Website book ordering start date is on December 29th. These orders will not be processed until the week of January 5th.
• Last date to opt-out of All Access is the 15th day of class: January 28th

Billing dates related to All Access charges:

• E-bills begin charging starting January 29th
• All Access charges for spring bill #3 are due February 5th.
• All Access charges for spring bill #4 are due March 5th.

Bursar & Contact Billing Notes:

• Students may use credit card or bursar charge (up to $500) to purchase textbooks online.
• Students who are a part of contract billing programs (GI, Voc. Rehab, etc.) will see a Student Charge/Contract Billing payment method on the checkout screen. This may be used to purchase their textbooks.
