Course Materials during COVID-19 online Transition

Dear students,

In light of the ongoing disruption to on-campus learning, the Auburn University Bookstore has partnered with digital course materials platform VitalSource and leading publishers to launch VitalSource Helps, a program offering free access to ebooks for students who may have lost access to course materials with the rapid move to distance learning.

If you previously accessed textbooks via the library, shared a book with a classmate, or left your books on campus, visit bookshelf.vitalsource.com to access free ebooks through May 25.

VitalSource Helps provides access to an expansive catalog of ebooks, but some content may not be available. If your content isn’t available(using courseware like MyLab or Connect), please check with your instructor, as many are working to enable free content through Canvas as well.

We will also be working to ship out any orders for books you place at www.aubookstore.com. We have some stock of spring books still remaining and will have free shipping on any orders placed with us during this time.

Getting Started

To access free materials, you must use your auburn.edu email address to log in or create an account. Before you get started, we encourage you to review this student FAQ

We hope this will be of assistance to you as you continue your studies online. If you have questions or need help during this time, feel free to email [email protected].  We’re going to be standing by to help you and help through this time of transition.

Sincerely,

The Auburn University Bookstore team
