Bookstore department purchases move to purchasing card only effective September 26

Effective September 26, 2023, all departmental purchases at the Auburn University Bookstore must be made with a university purchasing card. The bookstore will no longer process direct charges using FOAP numbers after this date. To ensure transactions are tax-free, departmental purchases must check out at the technology counter and must be identified by the purchaser at the start of the transaction.

All departmental purchases should comply with Auburn University’s spending policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, proper documentation and a stated business purpose of the expenditure.
