In-Store Pickup

If you select in-store pickup as your shipping method, you will be notified by email when your order is ready to be picked up. Please wait until you've received your shipment notification before to coming to the AU Bookstore.

Please bring your order information with you when you come to pick up your order.

On Campus Delivery

The AU Bookstore is happy to offer free delivery to campus departments located within the city limits of Auburn, Alabama. If you work on campus and would like your order delivered, please select "on campus delivery"  as  your shipping option  during checkout. Orders placed by noon are delivered the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered on the following business day.

Shipping Policies

Orders ship within 24 hours on in-stock merchandise. Next Day and 2nd Day shipments placed after noon central will not ship until the following business day.

Next Day air shipments will be delivered the next business day.
2nd Day air shipments will be delivered within 2 business days.
On average, your order will be received in 7 to 10 working days. During peak times like August and December, delivery times may take longer.
