Service Time Estimate

Same Day Repair – We’ll make every effort to fix your computer as quickly as possible.

• In store service Estimate:  1-3 business days.
• Mail-in service is estimate:  3-5 business days.

Warranty Coverage

A computer under AppleCare warranty is covered at no charge, excluding accidental damage.

A computer under Safeware warranty is covered at no charge until remaining coverage is consumed.

Out of Warranty Repairs

A non-refundable $49.99* service fee will be charged when the machine is brought in for repair. This charge will be applied toward any additional labor charges.

*This $49.99 Service Fee will be waived on computers purchased in-store or shipped by the Auburn University Bookstore.
