• Same day estimate: We will make every effort to fix your computer as quickly as possible
• In-store service estimate: 1-3 business days
• Mail-in service estimate: 1-3 business days

Warranty Coverages:

• A computer under AppleCare warranty is covered at no charge, excluding accidental damage.
• A computer under Safeware warranty is covered at no charge until remaining coverage is consumed.
• A computer out of warranty repair, will be charged a non-refundable $49.99 service fee for a repair. This charge will be applied toward any additional labor charges
• This $49.99 service fee will be waived on computers purchased in-store or shipped by the Auburn University Bookstore.
